All the wines are selected after extensive tasting by Shami and are chosen because they are a fine example of the style of the region. The selection reflects the characteristics of the grapes and the individual style of the vineyard as well as the personality of the wine maker.

Selection also reflects the use of indigenous grape varieties from smaller regions showing a great diversity of flavors and characteristics of the vintage..

We firmly believe that people need to taste and discuss their individual need rather then buying by name, so there are always wines open for tasting during opening hours and there is advice available on over 500 wines.

We also have regular themed tutored tasting evenings in our tasting room above the shop. An informal light supper is served to complement the wines. The tasting room is also used for private tasting for individual events like birthdays and also for corporate clients to entertain their guests.
