This is a good commercial Amontillado with a medium-dry finish.
Not the sweetend commercial wine but a rich dry aged Amontillado.
A rich blend of Fino and PX Sherry. Sweet but fresh and not at all cloying.
Superbly well balanced sweet Sherry. Complex dried fruit aromas and rich molasses flavours on the palate. Very clean and fresh finish. Liquid Christmas pudding.
