Beautifully crafted sweet wine that is quite distinctive with its sweet Marmalade aromas and fruit but a really fresh finish. Passito is made from the Zibobo aka the Muscat grape which has been partially dried prior to pressing.

Delicious Muscat aromas with sweetness on the palate and just a hint of fizz. Low alcohol and a really refreshing finish. Ideal with most puddings but especially chocolate.

This is a speciality sweet wine of Tuscany. Made from sun dried grapes the wine shows great intensity and concentration. Try it after dinner with amareti biscuits.
