Review - The Annual Food & Wine Tasting

The day proved to be a great success not least thanks to the generosity of Mr Robert Williams in making Haughley Park Barn available to us without the usual fee.

The doors opened at 12pm and by 4pm when the event finished over 150 people had the opportunity to taste 69 wines whilst Rolf’s of Walsham laid out a most amazing selection of food for people to try.

The food and the wines rooms were full with people engaged in conversation and discussions whilst being serenaded by Jackie Cunningham and her group providing live music.

Our thanks to all the helpers without whom the day would not be possible to run. This year’s event will take place on Sunday the 14yh November 2010.
